    About The Role
    We're looking for a Customer Data Strategy Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
    To manage the data processes, segmentation and reporting of CRM activity and the Loyalty proposition. Champion a data driven approach to our proposition development, customer contact strategy, and CRM contact plan across multiple channels. To map out our CRM targeting, optimise the platform and ensure CRM reporting is effective. This role is Team Leader for email development. email build, marketing campaign selection and will manage third parties to deliver data development.

    Key Responsibilities -

    • Manage a customer first approach that brings data driven benefits to our CRM activity.
    • Working with Campaign Execs to ensure the effective delivery and progress of CRM activity to drive channel and customer metrics, across the channel mix.
    • Set up the execution of segmentation in the contact plan, demonstrating ongoing improvements in data sets to drive relevance and associated revenue.
    • Support the Salesforce Admin in developing effective platform-based solutions prioritising deliverability and personalisation.
    • Ensure the data foundations for our CRM programme enable comms to specific customer segments, complies to GDPR and customer preferences.
    • Lead our CRM data development plans, working cross-functionally to delivery strategic change
    • Use data to make recommendations for Loyalty proposition developments and improvements driving commercial and customer results.
    • Manage our third party data provider for cadence of improvements, cost control and activity delivery.
    • Cultivate a results-based approach with a culture of test and learn.

    About You

    • Minimum 5 years of CRM experience including platform solutions and plan development.
    • Leadership qualities and the ability to elevate from the day to day function enabling a team to strategically progress.
    • Line management experience.
    • A team worker with a positive approach to agile demands, able to galvanise co-workers and deliver development.
    • Able to work at pace, prioritise, simplify and implement change efficiently to deliver benefit.
    • Proven ability in simplifying data to deliver messaging in an engaging, effective way.
