**Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias
£34,000 + depending on skills and experience**
Exeter and surrounding areas


I am currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer for a global leading Facilities Management Provider who are currently looking to expand their team.


You Responsibilities will involve

  • General handyman duties
  • Reactive maintenance/repairs
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
  • Report any issues to site Manager
  • Fault finding
  • Plant room chillers/boilers maintenance
  • Fire alarm testing

What's required? - Electrical is essential, any of the following qualifications are highly desirable

  • 18TH Edition
  • City and Guilds Electrical Installation level 2 or
  • Electrical experience
  • Heating, Ventilation and Aircon Level 2 or
  • Plumbing & Heating L2/
  • Commercial COCN1 and/or Domestic gas CCN
  • F-Gas


  • Air-Conditioning level 2/

  • Mechanical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills customer focused role.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Covering multiple sites in area mentioned before.
