Accounts Payable Clerk


Working within a supportive and friendly Accounts team in a medium sized manufacturing company, the Accounts Payable Clerk will assume this busy, purchase ledger role and play an integral part within the team.


Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Responsibility for the Accounts Payable function including:
  • Tracking invoices throughout the authorization process
  • Matching and entering supplier invoices
  • Reviewing supplier statements and reconciling supplier accounts
  • Managing the month end process and preparing purchase ledger accrual
  • Managing proforma payments and invoices
  • Assisting with setting up supplier accounts
  • Other additional admin duties as required

Skills and experience required:

Accounts payable experience

  • Basic accounting experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong team player
Based in Malvern, the role is office based and offering a salary of up to £24k.
