This Director job in Harrow is based within a highly regarded accountancy practice and is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Director to make a real mark on a leading firm.

You'll be ACCA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience within a senior role within accountancy practice, as well as previous line management experience.
You'll have demonstrable know-how of leading a varied client portfolio, as well as driving businessgrowth through scouting new opportunities and networking.
You'll be an effective leader with excellent communication skills and capable of motivating a team to deliver the highest standard of service possible.

Job Purpose
- Preparation of financial statements for a significant portfolio.
- Lead the overall delivery of cloud accounting.
- Develop trusted client relationships, handling complex queries.
- Strategically oversee department objectives, ensuring deadlines and expectations are being met.
- Champion the strategic direction of the firm, including scoping new service lines for existing clients and building a network of new business prospects.
- Manage planning of budgets, driving forward projects with a commercial mind.
- Deliver sound working knowledge of accountancy software, including CaseWare and Xero.
- Provide direct line management to Managers, as well as training opportunities for various departments.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
