Job Title:
Summer Assistant - Multiple Locations in London

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Assistants within the Chestertons network.

As a Summer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy summer market during the peak lettings season.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and work within a leading real estate agency


Hours:
The role offers flexible working hours, with a commitment of 3-5 days per week. The hourly rate for this position is £12 per hour. Full-time and part-time positions and be available to work for several week between early June - September.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with their inquiries
  • Support the team in managing property viewings and appointments
  • Help with maintaining accurate records and organizing property documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery

Requirements:


  • A valid driving license is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
  • Demonstrates common sense and problemsolving abilities
