Description

As a Support Coach, you will contribute to successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our Residents and Participants back into the community.

Providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve more safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders.


As a Support Coach, you will identify the needs, goals and skills of the person they support and motivate them to achieve their potential.

A strong focus on public protection and effective risk management is essential for this role.

Rota:
The service is staffed 24 hours per day.

This role will be on a 12.5 hour rota on approx 3 shifts over a 7 day period between 08:00 - 21:30, Monday to Sunday.

You may also be required to attend team meetings and training which may fall outside these working hours, and they will be paid accordingly.
