An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Outpatient Senior Clerk to join this busy teaching hospital to assist in the deployment and supervision of staff in the outpatient areas and records department, maintaining a level of efficiency to meet the needs of the service.

Interview Date: 31st March 202- 37 Hours 30 Minutes per a week


The post holder is a member of a team of Senior Clerks who are responsible for the daily supervision of clerical/reception staff within a large multi-disciplinary.


We are looking for individuals who are organised, flexible, enthusiastic and well-motivated to take on the role of a Outpatient Senior Clerk.

You will work closely with the Administration Manager/Team Lead and will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision. To join our team, you must be committed to the delivery of a first-class administrative service. As well as having excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.


Organisational and leadership skills and the ability to motivate others are also key requirements for this role to ensure that our high standards of patient care are maintained.

To assist in the organisation of the activity, the deployment and supervision of staff
in the outpatient areas and records department within the Dental directorate,
maintaining a level of efficiency to meet the needs of the service.
