We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Band 7 Highly Specialised Scientist / Physiologist at the Royal London Hospital.
In this role, you will be a senior figure in running the day-to-day operations and the delivery of a new intra-operative monitoring service.
Responsibilities
- The Department of Neurophysiology provides comprehensive and specialist investigative services to both inpatients and outpatients of Barts Health NHS Trust and surrounding hospitals.
- You will collaborate with our Consultant and physiologist/scientist team to provide service input and support for junior colleagues.
Skills
- Ability to perform all techniques within all EEG modalities for neonatal, paediatric and adult patient populations within outpatient, general inpatient and ITU settings.
- Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information in a variety of forms to patients, relatives carers including children patients with learning physical disabilities
