We have operations in USA, Latin America, Canada, UK, Holland, Ukraine, Australia, New Zealand, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8:45 till 17:00, Friday 8:45 till 16:4- No bank holidays or weekends.
Main Job Purpose:
Outside of the phone-based roll, around 25% of the roll is admin based, replying to client's tickets and questions surrounding the consultation.
Also, the ability to be able to move through various brands and products from call to call, or ticket to ticket, and working on multiple systems.
- Hitting required SLAS (Talk Time)
- Responding to clients within the set SLA.
- Being flexible in your daily roll, and able to deal with multiple accounts/businesses at once.
- Working in a Multi-Channel Business (Working on different brands on a daily basis)
- Building and understanding the importance of listings
- Working across multiple systems and products daily.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to ask open questions, and probe to get relevant content.
- Adaptable
- Changing pitch and tone based on clients knowledge/understanding.
- Good telephone manner
- Flexibility within the workplace
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
