Idex Consulting are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop a successful London Private Practice business.

Following a period of strong growth through the Pandemic, we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on a proven desk and develop it to new heights.

Market leading commission up to 40%
The highest level of the leading Bullhorn IT system
Linkedin Recruiter licence
Full external marketing support
Comprehensive market mapping capabilities
Researchers and Administrators to ensure you are focused on what you do best

Incentives including International trips to Las Vegas, Barcelona and Miami, monthly top performer rewards, and much more

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in the Legal private practice market, who would be interested in building and managing a team of expert Recruiters.

In terms of rewards, we offer a competitive basic salary and a commission structure paying out up to 40% of quarterly billings as we as the opportunity to have shares in the business.
