This is an exciting opportunity for someone in with Accounts Payable experience to become an essential part of the team.


What is the purpose of the Accounts Payable:

  • Effectively take ownership of the Accounts Payable function and take lead responsibility for managing supplier payment runs.
  • Ensure accurate invoice processing of stock and expense Invoices on system.
  • Resolve any issues that arise from an invoice not matching a Purchase order.
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices to statements.
  • Assisting Customer Services with Returns raising credits and processing stock adjustments.
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Cover Credit Controller's leave
  • Assist with general accounting duties and support the Company Accountant
  • Assist Customer Services with Typing of Sales Quotes.

What skills with the you have as Accounts Payable

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • They should have the ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have a proactive way of working with a cando attitude

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
