As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success in commercial property maintenance.


As a Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the internal works on projects, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out to the highest standards and within budget and schedule.

You will be working closely with the Scheduling team to coordinate and supervise the construction activities, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the project.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in construction management, particularly in internal works, and have a good understanding of Multi trades, Inspecting, Quotations and Scheduling.

You will also need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
