The Property & Construction team at Reed are expanding in Southampton and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to join the successful team.


The role of a Recruitment Consultant within Reed is a professional sales role which can often be quite tough and demanding.

The Property & Construction team at Reed work across a broad number of industries and Clients which include - Main Contractors, Housing Associations, Building Services, Architecture & Design Engineering, Local Authorities, Trades & Labour, Universities etc.


What's the job?

  • Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
  • Attending meetings with business clients
  • Working to targets and KPIs

What we are looking for -
Effective communicators who can sell our industry leading services either in person, over the phone or via Teams calls.

Ideally a knowledge or interest in the Construction sector however market knowledge can be trained for the right person.
