37.5 hours per week 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays

Based at LS17

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated TeamLeader who shares our values to help us make a difference to our service and ourlearning disability residents.


As a Team Leaderyou will be responsible for day to day running, ensuring all relevant systemsand processes are maintained for both staff and residents, taking the lead fromthe Registered Manager and Deputy Manager on tasks to achieve targets and thedepartments KPIs.


You will workalongside and taking the lead from the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager,to manage a team of carers providing hands-on care and support to our residentswhen needed.


Support the Registered Manager as requiredin providing cover of shortfalls in the service, such as sickness, annualleave, and weekend cover.

The service operates 24hrs a day and 7days a week, you will be expectedto work flexibly on evenings and weekends asrequired.

Our residential homes are well-established with a Good CQC rating and excellentreputation.

You will hold a NVQ Level 3 in Health &Social Care.
