Nicholsons Sealing Technologies Ltd are a global specialist in the design and manufacture of high-temperature metal seals for aerospace, automotive and power generation sectors.

Due to rapid growth of our company, we now have exciting, immediate opportunities to join our team on a permanent basis.

Previous experience is not required for this role as full training will be provided.

As a Logistics Operator you will benefit from a private pension scheme, non-contractual Business Performance Related Bonus, 23 days' annual leave (rising with service) plus Bank Holidays, a working week of 38 hours with an early Friday finish, offering excellent work/life balance.

As a Logistics Operator your duties will include:

Undertaking a wide range of inspection, storage and dispatch duties in relation to high quality components
Following process instructions, engineering drawings and standard operating procedures
Storing, picking, packing and dispatching small component metal products to meet customer delivery requirements
Inspection of parts both visually and by use of measuring equipment
Accurately completing production process records, including recording quantities and dimensions

To be a successful Logistics Operator you will have the following skills and experience:

Good visual inspection skills and dexterity
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Good literacy and numeracy and IT skills, able to follow Process Instructions
Comfortable working to targets, good problemsolving abilities
Ideally have a forklift truck licence and / or electric stacker truck certificate
