The Integrated Governance Services sits at the very heart of the Arden & Gem CSU providing vital services to the whole organisation and to customers in such areas as Data Protection, Health & Safety, Emergency Planning, Records Management and Estates amongst others.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide the administrative support that is essential to our work.

You will ensure that all administrative processes are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard. Good customer services, written and verbal skills are essential for this role, as well as a positive attitude. You will maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and all levels of management.

You will have excellent communication skills, confident in working with different staff groups and be approachable.

You will be able to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise your workload and sometimes meet tight deadlines.

An ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. You should possess a good working knowledge of key Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
