Job Description Summary:
Coordinate Service work done at site and ensure it complies with Accelleron 's and customer's standards, procedures and policies. Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.


Job Description:


  • Single Point for Customer. Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.

Coordination:
Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.

Contract Management:
Manages customer satisfaction by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensures the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed.

Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.


Service Order Process:
Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.

Reporting & Documentation:
Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.

One Accelleron:

Cooperates and coordinates activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and to maximize service sales at every opportunity.

Ensures the transfer of Service findings to the product / system local business units for improvement of their offerings.

Additional Job Description

  • Supports and manages 24 hours service availability / emergency duty
Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.

Handling of DIVISION internal service job assignments

Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements

Ensure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions)

Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing

Manage the service execution process by using company tools for job planning and data recording incl. finalization of service jobs

Ensuring data quality during service execution

Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction

Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the SAP/S4 Hana ERP system

Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases)

Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status

Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)

Able to use SAP/S4 Hana ERP system

Follow up on maintenance scheduler information

Responsible for continuous process improvement


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
