As part of our growth plans, we are currently looking to hire an experienced
Head of Recruitment from a recruitment agency or PR agency to join our team in London.


This is a newly created role to help further build on our PR & Communications recruitment offering into
East Coast, USA.


About the role


We're ideally looking for an experienced, ambitious individual with the right level of experience in recruitment and leadership to head up this division.


Key responsibilities of the Head of Recruitment:

  • Manage clients' recruitment processes in an exceptional manner
  • act in a consultative manner using your expertise
  • Develop new business within the East Coast, USA market, utilising a range of methods
  • Arrange and lead client meetings for a range of purposes, including fee negotiation, representing Reuben Sinclair in an impeccable manner
  • Manage and mentor Recruitment Consultants, utilising your expertise to aid their development

What we are looking for in the Head of Recruitment:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment or PR & Communications
  • Experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Working knowledge in the US market
  • Ability to negotiate new business
  • Ability to deliver best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated individual
