Senior Town Planner - Clientside
Are you on the lookout for a new and challenging position? My client is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join the team in Berkshire


My client is a notable property company in the South East of England with a specialist in land promotion The team work on business space development for warehouses and business parks but also residential development.

They adopt sustainable practices intheir work and pride themselves on being a responsible employer

The role will involve the following responsibilities amongst others:

  • Overseeing and managing the planning process
  • Identifying land opportunities
  • Supporting the team in land acquisition duties
  • Keeping up to date with planning policies
  • Attending site vits when needed
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders and developing great relationships
  • What you will need: _
  • MRTPI or working toward
  • Strong planning experience
  • Development knowledge
  • Clear understanding of local planning policy
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Confidence managing projects
