Insurance Account Handler

£35k + Excellent Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, reputable and growing Insurance company.

This is a firm with strong market presence and a wide network of branches and insurance risks/classes specialisms throughout the UK.

They currently have an excitingopportunity for an Insurance Account Handler and looking for applicants with a minimum experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.


You should be a passionate, trustworthy individual who can work well in teams and is interested in developing themselves professionally.

The hiring firm will support the successful applicant though ongoing industry qualifications.


The day-to-day tasks of this role include the administration of clients' insurance requirements such as general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, invoicing of premiums and cross-sales.

The role also offers working from home 2/3 days per week.

  • Good level of technical insurance skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of all the main classes of general insurance.
  • Ability to process work quickly and efficiently.

  • Ability to gather and analyse information from the client.
