_Our Ways of Working Principles:
_

  • We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work._
  • As we further adjust to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward._
  • We have some core principles which support us in this:_
  • Do what's right_
  • Trust & give permission_
  • Delivery matters_
  • We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process._

What you'll be doing:

As a commercial coordinator, you'll oversee the seamless launch of new card designs, ensuring they meet tagging standards and align with the UK market.

You'll evaluate design performance, curate galleries, and conduct site walks to enhance user experience. Additionally, you'll communicate new launches to stakeholders, manage range documents, and track new range development.

Through competitor analysis and collaboration with product teams, you'll drive improvements in commercial tools and data reporting, facilitating informed decision-making by the Range Planner & Range Planning Manager.

Key responsibilities include -:

  • Conducting weekly tagging reviews of all new card designs, ensuring consistency and alignment against tagging standards.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating existing tagging standards and facilitating a feedback loop with designers for continuous improvement.
  • Attributing card ranges, both new and existing designs, to ensure accurate data reporting, facilitating informed decisions by the Range Planner.
  • Evaluating card designs to ensure suitability for the UK market within the global range.
  • Monitoring and updating selected manually curated galleries weekly including themes, trending, new and bestselling galleries.
  • Regularly conducting site walks across all platforms, including card placement, customer journeys, card editor issues and noncard attachment journeys, to ensure optimal user experience to enhance conversion.
  • Identifying and communicating new design launches, including brands and trending designs, to stakeholders effectively, aligning with the design team on these launches.
  • Creating and managing range documents as specified by the Range Planner, ensuring accurate input from designers (visual range doc & range plan worksheet).
  • Launching seasonal and everyday ranges briefed by the Range Planner, ensuring that designs are delivered on time and communicating launches with key stakeholders.
  • Tracking the progress of new range development with the Range Planner to ensure that projects outlined in the range plan are delivered within the agreedupon dates.
  • Conducting competitor shops across various retailers, analysing card ranges and attachment opportunities, monitoring pricing, and key messaging strategies.

Success will be measured by -:

  • Consistent tagging across card galleries, aligning with strategic measures set by the Range Planning Manager and Buying Director.
  • Accurate attribution data to drive efficient improvements within the range planning process, supporting both the Range Planner and Range Planning Manager.
  • Organised project tracking and communication of progress against team objectives.

About you:

  • A highly organised individual able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Commercial acumen and accustomed to a fastpaced environment.
  • Capable of building relationships across commercial, marketing, and product teams.
  • A great attitude with strong attention to detail and eagerness to drive successful outcomes.
