Are you ready to step into a pivotal role within our dynamic team? We're seeking a Commercial Officer to join us and report directly to our Head of Commercial.

• Assist in tender responses and contract compilation.
• Monitor data and compile reports using extracted raw data.
• Convert data into management information, including route revenue, costs, and vehicle mileage reports.
• Liaise with Local Transport Authorities, Local Authorities, stakeholders, and internal team members.
• Maintain excellent communication and meet deadlines effectively.
• Support in delivering customer communications.
• Aid in managing changes to schedules and assisting with route profitability analysis.
• Provide assistance to team members and contribute to various projects as needed

• Experience with scheduling packages, TransXchange, and EP Morris systems preferred but not essential (full training provided).
• A proactive 'can do' attitude is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
