Description

Electrical Supervisors Description Due to our clients continued growth, we are recruiting for Electrical Supervisors to join our Engineering Services Division in Liverpool.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Effective implementation of the project/site programme.
Maximising productivity by managing employees and subcontractors.
Coordination of labour and activities to ensure that all materials are available as and when required.

The role includes- Working with Senior Project Managers/Project Managers to identify labour and material requirements to ensure effective costing.

Regularly review requirements and make appropriate recommendations, amending the programme to maximise productivity and minimise cost.
Ensuring that the design and installation meet internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
Providing leadership for the delivery team in line with the company procedures and values, working to develop potential.
Ensuring that the work of the appointed subcontractors is carried out to business procedures, project specifications and schedules, and is always compliant with current legislation.
Helping prepare project cost plans and budgets based on the contract parameters and objects to maximise profit_._
Requirements
At least three years' relevant experience within an Electrical Supervisor role.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A good understanding and appreciation of health, safety and wellbeing.
IOSH Managing Safely, or an equivalent health and safety qualification.
