Main purpose and scope of the job:
To provide support, advice and assistance to women and their children who have experienced domestic violence and abuse and are staying in the refuge.
The post-holder will work to empower and support women and children to make positive choices.To establish resettlement services to support women and children to move on from refuge accommodation.
The post-holder will work as part of the refuge team
The post-holder work as part of the refuge team, with clients who live in the refuge after being referred via the Front Door Service
