What you'll be involved in:

Partnering with CIO, focusing on the commercial elements of an HR role
Talent and succession planning across your areas
Workforce planning ensuring you have the right headcount in the right places
Aligning your people strategy to the financial plan and needs of the business
Employee Engagement, understanding the focus areas and driving the plan to support and deliver any action points
Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

Ideally you'll be someone who

Has a strong business partnering background within IT/Technical functions
Thrives on senior stakeholder management with the gravitas to shape and influence
Thrives on the commercial value HR can bring to their stakeholders and is happy to leave ER to the COE's
