Immediate start Accounts Assistant role based in Wakefield

  • Temporary to permanent part time position

About Our Client:


Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a brilliant company based in Wakefield who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role will require an applicant who holds experience within this field and who will also b looking for a part time role which consists of 20 hours per week.

You will be part of a very friendly and inclusive team Our client is an International Distributor who specialise within the manufacturing industry and hold a professional reputation.


As Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Reporting into the Financial Accountant and supporting her with daily tasks, purchase Ledger duties, sales Ledger duties, accruals and Prepayments, bank reconciliations, month end support, varied role open to someone who holds experience with a number of the above and system used is: MS AX - ERP System.


The Successful Applicant:

Will be immediately available or on a reduced notice period

Will hold experience for the duties involved

Will be looking for a part time role of 20 hours per week


What's on Offer:

Immediate start role + Temporary to permanent role + Part time hours of 20 hours per week + Working day hours 8:30-4:30 + Office based role + Salary paying £23,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience and pro rota) + Free parking on site + Pension scheme available + 25 days to annual leave - 3 days to be taken over the Christmas shut down + Very friendly and fun team, good working atmosphere
