Administrative Assistant


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient work flow
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain filing systems and databases
  • Perform data entry and update records as needed
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity

Experience:


  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organizational skills and natural ability
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to problemsolve
  • Ability to work independently

You may have:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role...

Or

Natural ability, willingness to work and willingness to learn.

This role includes the possibilty of training. Initially, to become an effective assistant and ultimately, it is possible for you to become an Independent Financial Adviser.
