Aftersales Retail Assistant - OTE £26,000 per annum

  • 42.5 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends with days off during the week._


We are recruiting for a Retail Aftersales Assistant to join Cox Motor Group's team at our NorthWest Honda Motorcycles Supercentre.

We are looking for people who share our passion for our brands (and Motorcycles).

It is vital you have experience as a retail assistant and possess exceptional customer service skills, along with motorcycle knowledge.

As an Aftersales Retail Assistant you will be part of a team that looks after our customers with all aspects of motorcycle ownership, from clothing and accessories to parts and service.

The ideal person will take pride in ensuring our customers are provided with the very best service.

You will work in a friendly and dynamic environment, receiving a full induction and ongoing support. We recognise that happy and satisfied employees give excellent customer service. Staff benefits include a uniform, company pension scheme and access to the staff car scheme to mention a few.

  • Good organisational skills
  • Full brand training will be provided as required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full Clean UK driving licence
  • Full Clean Motorcycle Licence
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
