Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible to set an example for your team and train and support the Reservations Department to ensure that we are geared towards selling the hotel efficiently and to achieve all our goals.
You will provide high quality and personalised luxury service by operating with an uncompromised level of standards and impeccable attendance; using empowerment to make decisions that will ensure resolution to issues and maintaining a strong and productive relationship with all departments of Bulgari Hotel London.
