Plan International UK is a global children's charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.

We bring people together to protect children's rights and keep girls safe, in school and in control of their bodies - even when disaster strikes.

And we won't stop until we are all equal.

We are looking for an experienced Evidence, Learning and Impact (ELI) Specialist to contribute to Plan International UK's programme effectiveness by strengthening the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) of our portfolio.

You will contribute with your expertise to the design and implementation of MEAL elements of a diverse range of projects, working in a technical or advisory role for both development and humanitarian projects, providing tailored MEAL advice to colleagues both in the UK and overseas.

Key to success in this role will be your experience in methodologies and processes for project planning, and your expertise in quantitative, qualitative, participatory and gender-sensitive data collection methodologies and approaches.

You will also need experience of building capacity in monitoring, evaluation and learning at project, programme and organisational level.

As an ELI Specialist with a varied and demanding workload, you will be able to demonstrate effective time management and a flexible, solution-focused approach.

If you enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment and share our values, we would love to hear from you.

Interviews will take place on 19 June and 21 June
