Firmin Recruit is an agency working on behalf of our established manufacturing client

The company has been established for many years and manufactures pumps & filters for water treatment industries. My client has offices worldwide, and they export their products to over 40 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Coordinator to join their business.

Hours:
pm Monday - Thursday & 4 pm finish on Fridays

Benefits: 25 days holiday, parking, pension, private health care, company events etc.,

The Logistics Coordinator Role:

Booking collections and despatches with freight companies for deliveries in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
Completing all necessary domestic and export paperwork in a timely manner
Invoicing despatches and raising credit notes
Providing quotations for carriage charges to the sales team
General administration and customer services duties
This role requires someone with previous experience working as a logistics coordinator, preferably for both the UK and foreign markets.
Strong administration and customer services skills
General understanding of LCL/FCL export shipments
Due to the location of my client, it will be necessary to drive and have access to your own car.
