_Their role will be to:

The Head of People and Culture will help enable the strategic and operational delivery of the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust's long-term vision for its people.

The post holder will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead the development and implementation of plans, processes, systems, policies and other initiatives to recruit, develop and retain the Trust's talent at all levels.

This is a high-profile role for an inspirational individual.
