Description

  • Ensuring that all daytoday HR matters are dealt with appropriately and timely
  • Provide advice, support, and guidance to the management team on areas such as disciplinary and grievance, absence management, performance management and any other HR related issues
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are relevant, up to date and meet with current guidance and legislation
  • Maintain and develop the use of HR software within the organisation
  • Ensure compliance of GDPR throughout the business
  • Provide ideas and suggestions regarding the company Corporate and Social responsibilities in conjunction with other members of the organisation
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop HR within the business to contribute towards the future strategic goals of the business
  • Produce monthly report regarding HR KPI's, and discuss the contents of which at monthly management meetings
  • Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained
  • Identify opportunities for business improvements within the organisation
  • Any adhoc duties as required from time to time by the Managing Director and management team
