Working Hours:
Monday - Friday - 10am - 6pm

Igloo are recruiting for a Customer Service / Aftersales Advisor to work for one of UK's fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket, who have vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit everyneed and budget, our client is all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.

Role:

Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
Responding to customer enquiries.
Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
Dealing with any customer complaints.
Interpreting customer concerns and comments.
Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed.

Requirements:

People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
Customer focused able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.
Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.
A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.
