We are searching for a motivated individual with some experience to join our team as part-time estate agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in transaction progression and market research.
- Negotiating and closing deals to ensure successful transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and I.T. and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect homes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Flexibility to work very occasional weekends, as needed.
