**We now have a vacancy for a full time, Band 2 Ward Clerk to work in Ophthalmology at Rochdale Infirmary. The position is currently Mon

Friday but from April 2023 we will work over 7 days and there will be weekend working.**The hours will be over 4 days, initially Mon
Fri but after April 2023 over 7 days including weekends

08: x 3 with 45 min break

08:00 - 17:45 x 1 with 45 min break

Ward clerksprovide administrative support to the ward.

This includes answering telephone calls, updating confidential patient data, making appointments, supporting the casualty clinic receptionist, recording attendance to clinics, and making sure doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, have access to patients' medical records.
