Description
This customer service-based role provides support to our core and emergency clients, across weekends and bank holidays. Handling a variety of property claims and emergencies, predominantly from new build properties. Liaising with customers and third parties, in order to assist in the progression of claims from start to finish.


Salary:
£11.00 per hour during probation period. Salary will increase to £12.00 per hour upon completion of a successful probation period.


Location:
East Reach, Taunton TA1


Working Hours: 9pm - 9am, Shift work, rolling 4 on 4 off (inc Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)


Key Accountabilities:


  • Handling calls from new build homeowners via dedicated lines and channels.
  • Making sure that calls are answered promptly and professionally and delivering a tailored service.
  • Identify, arrange and deploy contractors to assist customers with their emergency situation in accordance with our Client requirements.
