BRAND-NEW Sales Manager role in a fast-growing technology business managing, growing and developing a team of account managers.An award-winning global systems integrator and managed service provider is looking for a Sales Manager to managers a team of 3 Account Managers.
They pride themselves on understanding their client's needs and doing everything they can to make sure they providea service of the highest quality.
Their people enable them to do this. They are the core of their business and what make the business such a great and fast-growing company.Responsibilities
- Inherit team of 3 x Account Managers (Existing book £600k GP per annum)
- Lead from the front by delivering a personal number
- Develop and grow a sales team from the ground up
- Budget to hire 5 x Account Managers
- Team responsible for acquiring new clients in a 'win, retain, develop' strategy
Requirements:
- Track record of managing or supporting a sales team
- Track record of success in an Account Director role, looking for a step into management
- Sells into end users rather than through channel

What's on Offer
Basic salary of £60-65k base double OTE with uncapped accelerator and incentives
