Mortgage Broker Support Assistant - Lancashire, United Kingdom - Ultimate Banking
Description
The Mortgage Broker Support Assistant role will be a real mix of administrative duties, alongside a strong customer focussed outlook.
You will be involved in processing all broker requests and also be the first point of contact for all telephone broker new business enquiries.
Whilst their head office is based in Lancashire, they offer a flexible approach to the working week with circa 2/3 days based at their head office and the remainder working remotely.
- Process all broker requests within SLAs
- Reconcile the fee collection and balancing daily and then submit to Finance
- Manage Intermediary mail responding to queries within published SLA's
- Be the first point of contact for all telephone broker new business enquiries
- Respond to broker enquiries
- Refer any unusual/complex cases to the Senior Lending Manager
- Onboard brokers into broadcast
The successful individual will possess:
- High attention to detail
- A confident telephone manner and customer service experience
- A knowledge of the banking or mortgage sector would be beneficial
