The Marvell College seek to appoint an Alternative Provision tutor, to work in our ARC and Alternative Pathways, which cater for some of our most vulnerable children across all year groups.

The ARC is our onsite provision that provides high-quality interventions for students across key stage 3 and 4, who have struggled to succeed in mainstream lessons for a number of different reasons.

This role will involve working directly with the students in the ARC and Alternative Pathway, supporting their general pastoral
