Machine Operative / Injection Moulder


The Best Connection are recruiting for a Machine Operative with Plastic injection Moulding experience for a busy company within the Walsall area as well as Product assemblers.


Previous experience with either assembly or injection moulding is required

Salary & Start Times

  • Monday to Thursday (some fridays) Working 40 hours per week.
  • Shift Pattern work
  • Pay rate £10.50.

Job details

  • Operating injection machines
  • Housekeeping
  • Adhering to H&S rules
  • Plastics injection molding: 1 year (required)
  • Skillful, accurate work operating an injection moulding machine.
  • Maintaining work output in line with KPIs.
  • Exceed quality requirements and adhere to quality controls.
  • Highly organised and tidy in the workplace also.

Benefits & Requirements

  • Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Canteen
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
