Joint Head Chef
Suffolk Coast
Up to £42K DOE
4 day working week


The role
As the successful Joint Head Chef you will be responsible for all menu planning, stock taking and training. You must be passionate about your role and be willing to give 110%.

The ideal Head Chef will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working at HeadChef level in a fresh food / high volume establishment; you will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department; you will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of catering service andyou will be reporting directly into the line manager.

The Joint Head Chef must be highly passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards.


The Position

  • The ideal Joint Head Chef will have previous fresh food experience within a large volume establishment
  • The Joint Head Chef will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the all departments
  • The Joint Head Chef will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of catering service
  • The Joint Head Chef will be reporting directly into the General Manager and working alongside the other Head Chef
  • Head Chef must be highly passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards
