About the role:
The Global Legal Operations and Support Services team provide specialist, administrative support to our Global Legal Team.
This motivated team are expanding and now have the need for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join them for 32 hours a week.
As a Legal Support Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing administrative and coordination support to effectively assist those who provide our legal advice and services.
This role offers an administrator a chance to build on their current skills, develop new skills but also work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders using SAP Ariba
- Data management
- Credit card purchasing and reconciliation
- Organising events and meetings
- Project administration and coordination when required
- Assisting with travel bookings and requests
- Diary management
- Other general administration duties
You'll be based at our state-or-the art technology campus in Malmesbury, Wiltshire and form part of a motivated and friendly legal support team who are truly committed to enabling Dyson's continued success.
About you:
You'll be an experienced Administrator who is efficient, motivated, hardworking and a strong communicator. You'll demonstrate excellent IT literacy and you'll be confident, motivated, resilient, quick to learn and reliable.
Skills required:
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams beneficial
- Previous experience as a team administrator / coordinator / PA or EA
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Takes pride in work and can juggle conflicting priorities
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and also on own initiative
- Project administration / coordination skills would be an advantage
- Able to work at a very fast pace and work to deadlines under pressure
- Exceptional stakeholder management ability
