The Role

This year in a newly created programme we are looking to find the best talent with both mathematical and analytical skills, potential to progress in a Commercial role and develop upwards to an Assistant R&M Surveyor in our repairs and maintenance business, based in Tunbridge Wells.

We are looking for external applicants who want to develop their careers, supported by a programme of training supplemented by "on the job" experience as you will be part of the commercial team in branch.

The programme has built in placements and job shadowing to support you as you learn.

This first level of training can be continued beyond this to help you reach your full potential which could take you to a senior role within the team.


The Project

We are looking for people with good numerical skills who would thrive working with data to embark on a career within our Commercial team.

You would join at an entry level on a development programme - Commercial Advance.

Working on a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Reviewing completed works and interpreting trends in costs.
  • Presenting / Explaining the results of any analysis to senior Commercial Team members.
  • Communicating with our Supply Chain Partners and Clients as and when necessary.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Successful applicants must be committed, hardworking individuals who are self-starters with a passion for analysing data trends, an attention to detail and costs and maximising value in a fast-paced business.

To join the programme, you should have the following qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4/5) Essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade C/4/5) Essential
