Tonbridge, Kent (Would Consider Home-based / Hybrid working for the right person), Salary £19,600 with Bonuses and Benefits

Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well respected and forward thinking Claims Management Company, our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser - FNOL to join their team in Tonbridge, Kent


Previous experience is not required but excellent customer service skills are a must
The Role


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Significant experience in a customer servicerelated role.
  • Call handling experience preferred.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and follow internal processes.
  • PC literate with great administrative skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Undertake any individual or team tasks reasonably requested.
