Store Product Specialist

Field Based/ Milton Keynes

Domino's Pizza Group plc is the UK's leading pizza brand and a major player in the Irish market.

We hold the master franchise agreement to own, operate and franchise Domino's stores in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

We also have an associate investment in Germany and Luxembourg.


The role holder will support the Product Delivery Manager with New Product Rollout launches; working cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Centre, the Food Technology team and the Marketing Innovation team.


They will be responsible for all day-to-day communication with the innovation team on the best ways to ensure successful processes are maintained to deliver the highest quality of new products into our stores.


Responsibilities include:


  • Product preparation for photo shoots, support the marketing team on campaign shoots as required, including TV Campaigns to ensure the highest quality product representation.
  • Attend all campaign meetings as the Operations representative, acting as stage and gate checker, anticipating and identifying any Operational complexity and developing solutions to ensure successful product launches.
  • CLT pizza making where required, gaining insights into consumer feedback on preferred products.
  • Product preparation for Operations Forum, MAC and Steering Committee meetings; supporting the innovation team to ensure new concepts are represented in the highest quality for various stakeholder groups.
  • Maintenance of the Shakedown store and key contacts information, ensuring all necessary stakeholders have the most current contacts,
  • Primary contact for franchise groups on Operational NPD/EPD issues.
  • Designing appropriate Shakedown survey relevant to product type, ensuring we gain relevant and accurate insights into go/no go decisions.
  • Store Shakedown visits to review product quality, gaining early feedback to inform recommendations which will improve product production processes and quality.
  • Shakedown feedback collation from all stores; sharing feedback with the Operations Forum and all relevant stakeholders to obtain signoff to move to next stage of product launch.

You will be expected to have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Domino's
  • either Domino's Pizza Group or franchise store-facing
  • Passionate about product quality and service
  • Excellent knowledge of in store operations and the basic principles of business
  • Experience of working in a multisite business (Operational experience is preferred)
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE level including Math and English Grade 4/C
  • Full driving licence
  • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate


  • Proficient in Microsoft

  • Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to design and deliver presentations
