£100,000 - £140,000 per annum

This is a full service IP practice with specialists in Patent Litigation, IP Transactions, strategic advice & Soft IP Litigation.

They regularly advise on highprofile cross border disputes & matters utilising its international presence.
The firm represent household name clients across media, technology, gaming, fashion & FMCG/Goods to name a few.
Experience required

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE
England & Wales admitted preferred but open to other common law qualified.
Previous experience of advising on Soft IP litigation proceedings in the related courts.
Experience of working on matters across full range of IP rights with an emphasis on Trade Marks.
Contribute to the practice growth through Business Development, Networking, firm initiatives.
