Description
I am seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our client.As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' Microsoft technology environments.
You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide expertlevel technical support and guidance to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft technologies, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems through meticulous analysis and effective communication.
- Incident Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customerreported incidents, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshooting and Documentation: Conduct indepth technical investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange,MDM
- Knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, Routers and Switches)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage each Customer as an individual
