THE COMPANY:


Brewster Partners are working with a successful and expanding Doncaster based manufacturing business who are looking to recruit ambitious Digital Marketing Executive into their team.


Established for over 30 years, the business is a specialist manufacturer operating from a purpose built 33,000 purpose-built facility in Doncaster.


The Digital Marketing Executive is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a sales and marketing team, and a chance to assist in the implementation of key sales and marketing objectives which involve planned and strategic growth.


THE JOB:


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive will have the opportunity to perform research to find high-value accounts to target as well as spend time developing growth strategies from their findings.


They will ensure marketing activities line up with strategies developed and ultimately translate plans to the sales team for execution.

This is an office-based role from our Doncaster offices with occasional travel to Birmingham.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Identifying key target customers and their operating structure in line with the account-based marketing strategy
  • Identify market opportunities using a variety data sources
  • Responsible for building and maintaining personas for those target customers and their messaging in order to create effective campaigns that drive sales results
  • Develop growth strategies with the sales team to optimize engagement within highvalue accounts
  • Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
  • Development and management of CRM and tracking of lead generation and conversion throughout the sales funnel
  • Perform indepth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Managing digital marketing performance including implementing website strategy, SEO strategies, PPC
  • Collaborating with sales teams to improve sales and marketing results
  • Measuring KPI's, including website traffic, audience engagement, and other key metrics
  • Develop metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to grow relationships with target accounts
  • Utilising Net Promoter Score to provide an understanding of our customer experience

THE PERSON:


  • A comprehensive understanding of accountbased marketing
  • Someone with an understanding of personas and the ability to build effective messaging
  • An analytical thinker able to assess data and digital effectiveness
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
  • Experienced in digital marketing
  • Datadriven with an understanding of CMS such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, Semrush
