Look no further than Tradewind Recruitment We are currently seeking drama graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in schools across Cardiff,and we believe your unique skill set will be invaluable in this role.

As a drama graduate, you have developed a range of skills that are highly transferable to the classroom. Your ability to communicate effectively, think creatively, and engage with others will be incredibly beneficial as a Teaching Assistant.

You will havethe opportunity to work with students of all ages, assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons, supporting students in their learning, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

That's why we provide copious amounts of CPD courses and additional training, to ensure that you are fully equipped to excel as a Teaching Assistant.

Roles and responsibilities:

Supporting the teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons
Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress and behaviour
Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities
Assisting with administrative tasks and general classroom management

Requirements for the role:

Excellent communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A DBS certificate (preferred not essential)
